We know that Mont Ste-Marie is best enjoyed with friends and family, and many of our cottage/chalet owners feel the same. That’s why we’ve launched the inSitu Referral Program, designed to reward you for helping others discover the place you already love. Thank you for helping grow the inSitu community, one great neighbour at a time.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Refer a friend who might be interested in purchasing an inSitu lot.
  2. If your friend buys, you’ll receive an experiential reward. Something that lets you enjoy all that MSM has to offer (and bring friends along to share it!). To make a referral, fill out our quick form on the inSitu website.

Experience options include:
1x Couples golf Membership – $3200+ value
2x Adult ski passes – $2300+ value
2x Nights at Chalet Aurora Borealis – $1000+ value
4x Vélo MSM memberships – $580+ value

All experiences also come with a $100 giftcard to Chez Malo.

inSitu Referral Program Disclaimer

Eligibility requirements
Referrers must be current inSitu lot owners at the time the referral is submitted. Referred buyers must be new to inSitu and not already in contact with our sales team. Only referrals submitted through the official referral form will be considered.
How referrals are validated
All referrals are subject to verification by inSitu. We may confirm the relationship between the referrer and the buyer, validate submission timing, and ensure the referral meets program requirements. inSitu reserves the right to decline referrals submitted in bad faith or outside program guidelines.
What happens if multiple people refer the same buyer
Only one reward will be issued per successful referral. If multiple individuals refer the same buyer, inSitu will recognize the valid referral based on the earliest verified submission through the official form.
When rewards are issued
Rewards are issued once the referred buyer has completed the purchase of an inSitu lot. Rewards cannot be redeemed before the sale is finalized.
Non-transferability and other important conditions
Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable. Paid advertising, offering incentives to third parties, or any form of promotional solicitation for referrals is not permitted. inSitu may update, pause, or discontinue the referral program at any time, including modifying these conditions.
